Glass & Lid Care

You + your Joyful Pine Drinkware are a match made in Heaven. Here are a few tips to keep your love alive forever.

Q: How do I wash my glass?

A: Glasses have the most longevity when hand washed with warm water and NO abrasion on the design. In the spirit of transparency (and because I know nobody has time for that), I personally put mine in the top rack of the dishwasher.

Q: How do I wash my bamboo lid?

A: Bamboo lids can be prone to stain, cracking, and mold if not cleaned and cared for properly. Of course this is worst case scenario, but I want to make sure your lid lasts a long time! Lids do best rinsed and immediately dried. Do not leave submerged in the sink OR in the liquid of your glass for prolonged time.

Q: How do I wash my straw?

A: Glass and stainless steel straws can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher as long as they're nestled tightly with the silverware.

Q: Why doesn't my lid seal?

A: Lids aren't designed to seal or create a leak-proof connection. If you find that your lid is loose, take it off and readjust by pushing one side in, and then the other.
