When will my order arrive?
Some items on the site are ready to ship, and some are printed to order. This means that your order will packaged and shipped within 10 business days (unless otherwise noted). After that, shipping typically takes 3-5 days, and then you'll get to hold your new goodies in your hands!
*Keep in mind, if an item is pre-sale, it will be marked in the item’s description*
What size should I order?
There are lots of different styles and fabrics used throughout the store, so the best place to refer to would be the SIZING CHART on each individual item. Most tees are true to size and unisex fit, unless otherwise noted.
Can I return, exchange, or get store credit?
If an item arrives that is incorrect, please contact Joyful Pine IMMEDIATELY, and every effort will be made to correct it.
If an item arrives damaged from transit, it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the shipping entity to make a claim for the damaged goods. It is recommended that you take photographs, as they will be required for the claim. Joyful Pine is not held responsible for the item once it has left fulfillment.
Returns/ exchanges/ refunds are not accepted at this time.
Will the design on my shirt peel off?
Heck no! Each Joyful Pine tee is printed using the highest quality equipment and inks. We do recommend that you wash your tee inside out in cold water to help preserve its color and shape, but your new tee is designed to hold up for the long haul.
Can I make a wholesale order?

Do you offer custom tees?
The short answer: no. The long answer: I have a list of friends that I would LOVE to recommend, depending on what you're looking for. Please contact me, and we'll find you a high-quality custom tee (or teeS) that you'll love!
